Get your files and start with one small case

Use the email from checkout to recover a purchase. Then read the instructions and adapt a working copy to your organisation.

1. Recover your download

Find the receipt sent by Lemon Squeezy. If you cannot find it, check spam or open My Orders with the email you used at checkout. Lemon Squeezy sends a secure sign-in link to that address.

Open My Orders

Open the relevant order and check its currently available files. A visit to this help page does not verify payment.

2. Extract and check the files

If the download is a ZIP, use your device’s extract/uncompress option first. Keep the original download and edit a separate working copy. Read the instructions or README provided with your resource.

Excel (.xlsx): open it in an application compatible with that format; check the instructions before changing formulas or sheet structure.
Word (.docx): replace placeholders and review the scope, responsibilities and approval fields.
PowerPoint (.pptx): review the slides and adapt the examples and branding before presenting.
PDF: use it as a reference or guide. A PDF is not necessarily an editable form.

The exact files depend on the product. Compare them with the “What is included” section of its product page.

3. Start with one real case

Choose one dataset, process or system and state what you want to improve.
Replace the examples with your own context. Involve the person responsible for the data or process.
Review definitions, thresholds and responsibilities before extending the template to other teams.

If something does not work

I cannot find my purchase

Check which email was used at checkout and open My Orders with that address. Contact us if the order still does not appear.

The ZIP or a file will not open

Download it again from the order page, extract the ZIP and check that the application supports the file extension. Tell us the file name and the exact error message.

I see a security warning

Do not enable macros or active content just to dismiss a warning. Check the resource instructions and contact us if you are unsure.

I need help or want to report a problem

Email contacto@iagovernance.com with the order reference, product, affected file and a short description. Do not send card details, passwords or confidential datasets.

Where can I check purchase and refund conditions?

Check the conditions shown at checkout and the Lemon Squeezy buyer terms. Contact us about problems with the resource; this page does not introduce a separate refund promise.
