Technical note: IAGovernance.com's Interactive Web Roadmap uses browser localStorage to remember the user's progress and which content has been unlocked. This technology does not transmit data to any server and operates only on the user's device. It does not require consent under Art. 22.2 LSSI-CE, as it is strictly necessary for the functionality of the requested service.

iagovernance.com does not use tracking, analytics, advertising, or profiling cookies. No first-party or third-party cookies requiring consent under Art. 22.2 LSSI-CE are installed. For this reason, no cookie banner is shown.
This statement applies to the current version of the site. If tools requiring consent-based cookies are added in the future, this policy will be updated and a consent management system will be implemented before they are activated.

Although the Website does not install cookies, it loads external resources that may involve the technical transmission of data (such as IP address) to the resource provider:
Google Fonts — Google LLC (USA)
The site loads fonts from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Google may receive the user's IP address to serve the fonts. Google states it does not use cookies for this purpose. The transfer is covered under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Lemon Squeezy — A Maple Street Co., Inc. (USA)
A payment and digital product distribution platform that acts as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy may set technical and session cookies necessary for checkout. These cookies are only activated when the user starts a purchase and are strictly necessary for the service.
Plausible Analytics — Plausible Insights OÜ (Estonia, EU)
The site uses Plausible Analytics for audience measurement. Plausible does not install cookies, does not collect identifiable personal data, and does not require consent under Art. 22.2 LSSI-CE or GDPR. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymous. Plausible's server is located in the EU.
International transfers to providers in the USA (Google Fonts, Lemon Squeezy) are made under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, as described in the Privacy Policy.
04.Technical server logs
Hosting provider Netlify, Inc. records technical browsing logs (IP address, browser, operating system, date/time of access, and URL visited) solely to ensure the security and availability of the Website. These logs are not managed via cookies. The legal basis is the data controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). Logs are retained per Netlify's retention policy.
