The sale of digital products is processed through Lemon Squeezy (A Maple Street Co., Inc., 447 Broadway, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10013, USA), a payment and distribution platform acting as Merchant of Record. Specific purchase, refund, and delivery terms are set out in the Purchase Terms.

The AI Governance maturity assessment available on the site is a self-assessment tool that is purely informational. The results it generates — scores, gaps, article references, and resource recommendations — do not constitute legal, technical, or professional advice of any kind.

03.Terms of Use
