IAGovernance.com sells downloadable digital products related to AI Governance, Data Governance, and GDPR compliance. The current catalog includes:

All products include the "IAGovernance.com Legal Notice and Limitation of Liability" document. Detailed descriptions, format and content of each product are specified on its product page at /tienda/.

Purchases are made through Lemon Squeezy's payment and distribution system, which acts as Merchant of Record. The process is:

  1. The user selects a product and clicks the purchase button.
  2. They are redirected to Lemon Squeezy's secure checkout, where they enter their payment details.
  3. At checkout, the user sees a summary of the terms of use (Purchase notes), and by completing the purchase expressly accepts these Terms and IAGovernance.com's Legal Notice.
  4. Lemon Squeezy processes payment and sends an email confirmation with the download link.
  5. The user can access their downloads via the link received by email.

The sales contract is finalized when Lemon Squeezy confirms payment to the user. Acceptance of the terms at checkout has the same effect as signing a written contract.

Prices shown on the Website are expressed in euros (€). As Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy is responsible for calculating and applying applicable taxes (VAT or other) according to the buyer's country legislation, in line with the EU's One Stop Shop (OSS) regulation. The final price shown before confirming purchase includes the applicable tax.

IAGovernance.com may change prices at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already made.

The materials included in IAGovernance.com's digital products are purely informational and indicative. They do not constitute legal advice and do not guarantee compliance with the AI Act, GDPR, NIS2, or any other regulation.

Purchased materials correspond to the version in effect at the time of purchase. IAGovernance.com commits to notifying buyers by email when a significant update is published due to a relevant regulatory change (new AESIA guidance, new NIS2 transposition law, etc.).

Minor updates (formatting fixes, content improvements) do not entitle the user to an automatic new download. Major updates may require a new purchase at a reduced price for previous buyers, or be free, depending on the policy in effect at the time of the change.

IAGovernance.com does not guarantee automatic or perpetual updates to purchased materials.

Refunds are governed by Lemon Squeezy's policy. IAGovernance.com does not set its own refund window — Lemon Squeezy, as Merchant of Record and legal seller of the transaction, decides each request under its own Buyer Terms and Conditions.

To request a refund:

  1. Send an email to contacto@iagovernance.com with the subject "Refund" and include your Lemon Squeezy order number, or contact Lemon Squeezy directly through their order portal.
  2. IAGovernance.com will forward the request to Lemon Squeezy within 24–48 business hours if you contact us first.
  3. Lemon Squeezy, as Merchant of Record, evaluates and processes each request at its own discretion, including the possibility of granting refunds within up to 60 days of purchase to prevent chargebacks, per its public policy.

IAGovernance.com does not guarantee that a refund request will be approved — the final decision rests with Lemon Squeezy as the legal seller of the transaction.

Under Article 103.a) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (LGDCU), since this is downloadable digital content whose delivery begins with the consumer's express consent, the user waives the 14-day right of withdrawal once the download has started. Any refund granted beyond this point is a courtesy from Lemon Squeezy, not a legal obligation of IAGovernance.com.

Payment processing and digital product distribution are handled by Lemon Squeezy (A Maple Street Co., Inc.), acting as Merchant of Record. This means:

Data entered by the user at checkout (name, email, payment details) is processed by Lemon Squeezy as data controller for contract execution. IAGovernance.com may receive the buyer's email to manage the post-sale relationship (support, refunds, and, with consent, notifications about updates to purchased materials). IAGovernance.com's data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.
